Founded in 2017, The Klein Group has quickly grown to a team of seven, focusing on Central New England including suburban Boston, Southern New Hampshire, Providence, and Worcester County. We bring extensive experience in investment sales, owner-user transactions, and sale leasebacks, with a strong focus on legacy ownership transitions and 1031 exchanges.

By building relationships with top buyers including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, owner-users, and family offices, we are able to generate competitive demand and deliver strong execution across assets both large and small.
