Daniel Karp is an Associate Director of Investments at The Klein Group of Marcus & Millichap, leading the team's growth into the Office market alongside Harrison Klein. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Daniel brings a rare blend of capital markets expertise, asset management depth, and investment acumen that gives his clients a distinct advantage at every stage of a transaction.

Daniel began his career at CBRE before rising to Vice President at NorthMarq, where he helped originate over $300 million in commercial real estate loans annually. He went on to serve as Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at KEW Management Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality assets. Across his career, Daniel has successfully orchestrated over $400 million in financing, building a vast network of owners, investors, and lenders throughout New England.

Now focused on the sale and acquisition of medical office and professional office properties across the Boston and New England region, Daniel leverages his financing background and creative deal structuring experience to help clients think beyond the transaction and build long-term value.

When he's not helping clients navigate the market, Daniel can be found cheering on his favorite sports teams, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his wife Tori and daughter Margot.
