Patrick “PJ” Donahue specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets across New England, with a focus on delivering data-driven advisory services and uncovering value for clients through targeted outreach and market analysis. He supports clients throughout the ownership lifecycle, combining strategic execution with a strong foundation in underwriting and valuation. 

Originally from Massachusetts, PJ graduated from Suffolk University in 2025, where he was a member of the Suffolk Men’s Ice Hockey Team. His background includes hands-on experience in the residential appraisal industry, working closely with his family’s appraisal business, where he developed a deep understanding of property valuation, market dynamics, and the key drivers behind pricing. This experience sparked his interest in real estate investment and continues to inform his analytical approach to brokerage.

PJ joined the Klein Group of Marcus & Millichap in March 2026 to pursue a career that blends competitive drive, relationship-building, and financial analysis in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

Outside of work, PJ enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time on the water.
